TERM & CONDITIONS

Effective as of July 1st, 2003

General Terms

A.       No order is Small or Big.

B.       All prices are FOB from Lima, OHIO, USA.

C.       Actual Shipping and $5 handling charges (per order shipped) is the responsibility of the customer and must be paid in advance. Provide only physical address for shipping (No Post Office Box Address). Order will be shipped to PayPal confirmed address only (if paid by PayPal). We try our best to send you with the cheapest and fastest way. Customer can prefer the shipping company. Shipping and Handling Charges are Non-refundable.

D.       Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment Terms

A.     Cashiers Check, Money Order Can be made out to AL Mellon 603 W. Spring St. Apt.2 Lima, OH 45801, . 

Discount Policy

A.       Any discount (if available) on regular price are available only by your Sales Rep.

�         Call your Sales Rep for large quantity discount.

Lost, Damage or Return Policy

A.       Claims for losses or damages occurred in transit must be made to carrier within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise and your original package must be retained for inspection. All shipments are insured.

B.       Customer must call within 3 days to return any item. After 3 days, we don�t accept returns. Items accepted for return for manufacturer defects or errors

C.       Only merchandise having a manufacturer�s defect will be accepted for replacement within 3 days of purchase. Misused or used items will not be accepted. Credit will only be issued for our company errors, such as shortages, wrong item, or price adjustments.

D.       Customer must contact sales rep prior to returning any item. All return items must be shipped in the Original Packaging. Shipping and handling charges are Non-refundable.

Laws & Agreements

By purchasing any item sold by our company, the buyer expressly warrants that she/he is in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, ownership and use of the item. The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless our company for all claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership or use of the item in violation of applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

International Customers

A)            All above Terms & Conditions which applies to you.

B)            Minimum order is US$500 excluding shipping.

C)            Orders must be prepaid (including shipping) in US$ by Cashier Check, International Money Order, PayPal or Wire Transfer.

D)            We will be not responsible for any item which is prohibited to import and seized by your country customs. Please check your country�s laws regarding the items you are ordering. We will only furnish a copy of your order and shipping proof.

For any international orders please refer to this list for paying through Paypal, I will accept cashiers checks from other countries whom Paypal doesn't handle.

 + Users in these countries are limited to sending money with their PayPal accounts. They may not receive payments.

 * PayPal accepts withdrawals to local bank accounts in these countries. Users in any country may withdraw funds to a U.S. bank account.
 

Enabling New Countries for PayPal Notice Date: April 29, 2004 Effective Date: June 4, 2004 Users from the following 7 countries: Ecuador, Malaysia, Monaco, Thailand, Turkey, Uruguay and Venezuela will be allowed to create PayPal accounts, send and receive money and withdraw money to US banks. Users from the following 4 countries: Jamaica, Argentina, Costa Rica, and the Dominican Republic will be allowed to receive money in addition to their existing capability of sending money.

E.       Software are sold as is and no refunds are given! exchange for other merchandise is welcome, after receiving software an e-mail will be sent to confirm the return and the item for exchange will be decided on after the return of merchandise.

Checks and money orders: orders will not go out till they clear! NO Orders out side the USA for Checks or money orders! too many Fake Checks\ Money Orders!

Credit Cards: Please after you have been sent an invoice I will create a Link for you to pay with credit card! Please Do NOT send Credit Card info in e-mail they will be deleted, I will not take orders through e-mail! only through ioffer, after you receive an invoice then I will create a link for you to Pay with credit card! you will know if your card is declined, if that is the case Please arrange another payment option.
